|  Thanks to Todd, we finally sold our Indialantic home in December, 2010 after 3 1/2 years in a dismal market.
We had initially listed our home in March of 2007 with other agents, just as foreclosures and short sales were beginning to dominate the market.
After almost 2 years on the market, our home had not sold despite several price reductions. We were told the unique nature of our property and the fact that it did not have a pool were serious impediments to our house selling. Our listing agent became disinterested in the property which resulted in no advertising or showings.

|  I came to Melbourne to start a new job almost two months ago. I immediately started aggressively looking for a rental unit. I tried dealing with about four different Realtors and was frustrated to find none of them seemed to place any priority on helping me even though I was asking about specific properties and was extremely flexible with appointments.
I moved from Houston where you wait until you are ready before you call a real estate agent because once you do they will be glued to you. Apparently here, that is the exception and not the rule........Todd of course is the exception.

Not enough nice things can be said about Todd..... So many folks these days take every shortcut or advantage but I have seen his efforts and they are refreshing! We had 2 offers within 2 days of listing my property. Unfortunately, we had to work with an erroneous appraisal and in spite of the best efforts of everyone the closing was delayed. When he felt the buyers agent wasn't being effective, Todd got directly involved with the appraiser and lender to try to move the process along. There were several instances where he cheerfully helped me with issues that were my responsibility to resolve.
