Not enough nice things can be said about Todd..... So many folks these days take every shortcut or advantage but I have seen his efforts and they are refreshing! He is a wonderful energetic agent that you can count on to be honest, yet determined and persistent! He will do anything and everything possible to achieve his client's objectives.
We had 2 offers within 2 days of listing my property. Unfortunately, we had to work with an erroneous appraisal and in spite of the best efforts of everyone the closing was delayed. Throughout the process, Todd gave his professional advice but always made it clear the decisions were mine and that his primary goal was to serve with my best interest always in mind.
When he felt the buyers agent wasn't being effective, Todd got directly involved with the appraiser and lender to try to move the process along. Less motivated Realtors would probably not have taken on that task. The end result was that I received more than list price and more than the appraisal amount.
Todd has not only been a responsive real estate agent, he acted as a reliable and helpful friend. There were several instances where he cheerfully helped me with issues that were my responsibility to resolve. His network of reliable contractors and repair people helped me on several occasions and I could count on them be fair and honest. As an out-of-town owner, it was wonderful that Todd could be relied upon in that way.
I am very pleased with how he handled my transaction from start to finish. I will use him again when I need Real Estate help in the future.

|  I came to Melbourne to start a new job almost two months ago. I immediately started aggressively looking for a rental unit. I tried dealing with about four different Realtors and was frustrated to find none of them seemed to place any priority on helping me even though I was asking about specific properties and was extremely flexible with appointments.
I moved from Houston where you wait until you are ready before you call a real estate agent because once you do they will be glued to you. Apparently here, that is the exception and not the rule........Todd of course is the exception.
I was given Todd’s name by my boss. I first spoke with Todd on a mid-Friday morning. By that afternoon he had already called me to let me know he found a newly listed place in the complex I was most interested in and would I like to come see it that evening. This was so refreshing after having contacted multiple Realtors who would not return my calls or claimed they were too busy to meet for a few days, which caused me to miss two opportunities I found by searching myself.
Todd took the time to listen to me and understand exactly what I wanted and what was most important to me rather than try to sway me toward only properties listed by his company as the others had. Todd was even more impressive throughout the approval and lease signing process. He followed up with me regularly to make sure everything was going well.
Todd saw it through to the end even though he had already earned his commission. His concern was as genuine as a personal friend’s would be. I will want to buy a house once I get settled and familiar with my new town and I already know who will be helping me look. In fact, Todd already asked me what I would want so he can keep his ears open until I am ready.
